The Lanark Highlanders are proud to have a senior women's rugby team—a force to be reckoned with in the EORU 2nd Division, reigning champions of the 2023 season. Joining hands with the Kanata Ospreys and the Petawawa Predators, our dynamic blend is affectionately dubbed "Team Party Mix".

Our team is a melting pot of rugby enthusiasts, ranging from fresh-faced rookies to varsity athletes and seasoned veterans with over two decades of on-field experience. Whether you're a first-timer, a returning player, or just looking to stay active over the summer, there's a spot for you with the Highlanders.

Off-season training sessions are held weekly on Tuesday evenings, from 7:45 PM to 9:30 PM, at St. John Catholic High School. 

At Oakfield Rugby Park, in-season training sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. And don't be surprised if we mix it up with occasional practices in Kanata to sharpen our skills as a unit.
